"We are hurting."
-- Dallas police chief David Brown at a Friday morning press conference, after the shooting deaths of five police officers and the wounding of six others by snipers at a public protest march Thursday night.

Police officers across the country are hurting. The African American community is hurting. Our nation is hurting.

And yet: "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging...Be still and know that I am God..."
Psalm 46:1-3, 10a

Service Times

Our vibrant inter-generational Sunday worship services are at 9:30 AM & 5:30 PM (10 AM & 5:30 PM Memorial Day-Labor Day). The morning service is a blend of contemporary and traditional, with music, prayer and Biblical preaching. The evening service is held in a more informal setting in the Friendship Hall and usually includes a Q & A time for open discussion of the Scripture and topic for the evening.

We are excited about what the Lord is doing through the ministries of our church and we are eager to tell you about them. Life at South Grandville is all about people - we believe that each person we meet is precious to God and we want everyone to feel "at home" in our congregation.

Our goal is to create an atmosphere of openness in our hearts, in our worship and in welcoming others. So check us out and find a place where you feel at home.

Our Church is barrier free.
